this is an interesting question. i'm not an expert and i don't know the answer to your questions but i can back what you said up with personal experience. i'm a 5 degrees taurus with my mercury and jupiter in taurus and i, too, have adhd. i was dianogsed when i was around 10 or 11 by multiple testing centers after my teachers found me to display typical adhd traits in class. my mars is also in aquarius, and my moon is in LEO. these aspects give me great emotional creativity.. yet..i can never reach where i'm trying to go. they're at complete opposites with each other, making my mood swings extremely interchangeable. (bipolar? i'm not sure.. astrological or genetics? my dad is bipolar. so who knows lol) to the point where it disrupts daily routine ever since i was a kid. also... most of the signs in my chart are all fixed signs.. oh boy

OMG you're so right! My friend is a Taurus as well and his voice sounds a little weird and soft. I guess this is a common trait among Tauruses.
I'm gonna have to say that it was definitely an astrological influence, because all humans on planet Earth are affected by Astrology.

I think it is important for you to think of this whole thing in a slightly different way. I personally don't think it has to be personality as defined by astrology OR a psychological disorder (although I wouldn't really describe Asperger's Syndrome to be a disorder). It can very easily be both. You explained your Asperger's-like traits quite well through the signs in your chart, and I think that is what it comes down to. You exhibit Asperger's-like symptoms, and it is likely that you could be classified to have that syndrome, and the signs in your chart encourage those personality and behavioural traits in you. Asperger's is really quite distinct, so if it seems like you could have it, chances are you do. The voice fluctuations, the lack of facial expression until you are comfortable, the interest in great detail.
Personally, however, I think you also should look at the aspects that your planets make. I'm sure you will find more exacting aspects between perhaps your Mercury (planet of the mind/thought) and probably your Sun that may be similar to the kinds of aspects other people with Asperger's might have in their chart. Someone close to me was diagnosed with ADD and I feel that they probably have Asperger's as well, and I think this is greatly indicated by their Mercury placement. All in all, you need to look at the whole picture in the chart - signs, aspects and all.
The signs in your chart just add flavour to your personality, which just so happens to be indicative of Asperger's Syndrome.
In the end, it doesn't really matter what category or umbrella anyone puts you under. You are not an exact replica of other people who have Asperger's, you are still an individual - you can see that in your chart. The influences surrounding you to make you the way you are are not the same influences that someone else has making them the way they are. Just play on your strengths and be confident in whatever you do, and you will do absolutely fine.
